Flooded hallway in El Cajon, CA

The flooded hall way in El Cajon, CA was the result of a broken pipe from a toilet.  Notice in the before picture the laminated flooring started to buckle up. We ended up tearing up the floor and moisture barrier and that's when we noticed mold was growing up through the concrete. we begun setting up air movers to dry the dry wall and humidifiers for moisture,

The after picture was taken a day after the incident.  Our customer was expecting a long process and could not believe how well we got the mold up.  She was thrilled with the results.
