Water Damage due to ceiling leak

This flooded hallway in Santee, CA was the result of a broken pipe. The water damage effected the entire house. However, the extent of the water damage was in the bedroom and hallway. SERVPRO technicians soaked up the water with the wand and weighted extraction, but the water went all the way through.

So in the after picture taken a few days later you can see that we had to rip out the carpet and padding so we can dry all the way through.  Our customer was expecting a much worse outcome and was thrilled that we came out to assess the damage.
