With SERVPRO we just don't do water and fire damage but we also do reconstruction. The customer had a damage to her ceiling from a water damage from her up stairs bathroom that ran into the guest bedroom. She was wondering and asked if instead of just of just fixing it we can add a ceiling fan as well. So Chuck took that extra step and installed a ceiling fan to make the customer happy. When finished so was happy with how it turned out and glad she called SERVPRO. She gave us all tens and referred us to her friends.
