The Floor buckled up due to a flood

The floor buckled up due to a flood in El Cajon CA. This was a result from a broken water heater under the crawl space. The floors started to buckle up as you can see in the before photo. You can notice the extent of the water damage; the water was about a couple inches deep through out the flooring. (57)

The after picture was take a few weeks later after the incident. As you can see we put new flooring in and new base boards with a fresh paint job. The customer was not expecting it to turn out this good and proceeded to ask us if we can do the whole house
