The mold happened due to the customer not knowing she had a small water leak underneath her refrigerator for a few months.  In the before picture notice the extent in the picture of where the water leak too, and where the mold started growing.With water damage comes stress and frustration for the homeowner. So we took action and contained the area.  The after picture was taken only a few days after the discovery of the mold and water damage. The homeowner was so happy with our work. She loved how fast and productive we were with removing the water damage and mold. Also, she was extremely pleased with the way we were able to remove the water damage in a fast and stress-free process.  She told us that she would be telling all her friends and family about her great experience with SERVPRO of El Cajon.
